Our mission at ETS is to provide excellent candidates through a quick and painless process for the hiring manager. The sourcing process begins with discovery. We spend time with our clients to fully understand what they’re looking for in a candidate in terms of skill set, culture fit, background, education, and industry experience. We also learn what the company and the position have to offer so we can help attract top candidates. Candidates are sourced through a variety of methods: our database, which contains over 75,000 resumes; referrals from current contractors and past placements; networking at technology user groups; online job boards, and social networks. Every position is assigned a dedicated recruiter, who is responsible for finding highly qualified candidates. They perform in-depth screens, in-person interviews or video conferences, technical tests when applicable, and reference checks before the candidate is sent to the client. Our account managers will assist in coordinating the entire interview process from interviews through offers and on-boarding. We’ll even bring breakfast for the team the day our candidate starts!
